The role collaborates with internal teams on launches, monitors traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales, and develops recommendations using market trends and campaign data across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Manages end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Responsibilities include influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, negotiation, content approval, campaign coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization. The role supports product launches and celebrity collaborations while monitoring KPIs such as traffic, engagement, sign-ups, and sales. It also identifies new creator opportunities, improves campaign efficiency, and provides actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Provides senior HR advice across employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, absence management, documentation, reporting, policy application, training, and workplace compliance. Oversees complex grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, and absence cases, escalating high-risk matters when needed. Supervises and develops an HR Assistant while offering limited office and facilities support. Requires strong UK employment law knowledge, sound judgment, and experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.

Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns, social media, and branded content. Develop concepts, key visuals, and storyboards with creative designers, then own briefs from footage sourcing through final delivery. Ensure work follows brand guidelines while demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
