The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop strategies for influencer campaigns, monitor performance, manage budgets, and mentor team members to drive brand visibility and sales.

Lead creative development from concept through execution across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, and brand channels. Define creative direction, develop campaign identities, moodboards, storyboards, and key visuals. Translate briefs into commercially effective work, maintain brand guidelines, provide direction to the creative team, manage multiple projects to deadline, and present ideas to stakeholders while staying current on design, beauty, and cultural trends.

The Commercial Analyst will analyze revenue trends, marketing ROI, and product performance, providing insights to the commercial team on actionable data and influencer impact.
