Supports new product development launches from concept to market by tracking timelines, mapping critical paths, preparing status updates, flagging risks, coordinating suppliers, and liaising with cross-functional teams. The role also helps run supplier meetings, improve delivery processes, and gradually assumes greater project ownership across beauty technology products.

Supports end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across European markets, including creator outreach, briefing, partnership management, negotiation, content approvals, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization. The role collaborates with internal teams on launches, monitors traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales, and develops recommendations using market trends and campaign data across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Provide senior HR guidance across employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, absence management, policies, reporting, and UK employment law. Supervise and develop an HR Assistant, support training and workplace compliance, and assist with office and facilities administration. The role handles complex grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, and absence cases while maintaining accurate records and escalating significant matters to external employment-law advisers.
