Provides senior HR advice across employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, absence management, documentation, reporting, policy application, training, and workplace compliance. Oversees complex grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, and absence cases, escalating high-risk matters when needed. Supervises and develops an HR Assistant while offering limited office and facilities support. Requires strong UK employment law knowledge, sound judgment, and experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.

Own and redesign enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, segmentation, WAN, LAN, and NAT. Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows and macOS endpoints, identity infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, ZTNA, EDR/XDR, encryption, and cloud backups. Support hardware lifecycle management, ITIL/ITSM operations, compliance, resilience planning, and BAU tickets. Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Python, and APIs while partnering with cybersecurity and IT service delivery teams.

Lead product marketing for ZIIP Skincare, including product positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market strategy, campaign briefs, and cross-functional creative execution. Translate scientific and consumer insights into compelling communications, monitor market and competitor trends, and use performance data to refine messaging and creative. Serve as the internal product expert while coordinating multiple workstreams across creative, ecommerce, CRM, social, partnerships, PR, and retail teams.
