Provide operational and strategic guidance to franchisees to improve store performance, compliance, and profitability. Conduct regular site visits, training, audits, and openings; analyze financials; recommend action plans; and build strong franchise relationships to drive sales growth and brand standards.

Builds and manages Power BI financial dashboards and KPI reporting for FP&A. Supports financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting while partnering with finance, accounting, operational teams, and senior leaders. Translates business data into recommendations, streamlines reporting processes, and provides insights on sales, menu, and financial trends.

Provides strategic and operational guidance to franchisees across the Fargo market. Responsibilities include improving sales, profitability, cost control, marketing execution, compliance, food safety, and brand standards; supporting restaurant openings; auditing locations; coaching franchisees; resolving guest concerns; and developing improvement plans. Requires extensive travel, including overnight stays, to franchise locations.

Supports day-to-day loyalty program operations across multiple restaurant brands. Configures and tests rewards, promotions, and campaigns; monitors KPIs and guest engagement; maintains performance reporting; troubleshoots issues across web, app, POS, and in-store systems; coordinates with internal teams, franchisees, and vendors; and supports segmentation, documentation, training, and continuous program improvement.

Provide day-to-day help desk support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Use ticketing systems to resolve incidents, maintain inventory and documentation, assist with Microsoft 365/Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/VPN/patch management/Anti-Virus, and support Apple device deployment. Collaborate with other locations, vendors, and senior IT staff; follow and improve policies; manage assigned projects and pursue professional development.
