Greet guests, take and process to-go orders, operate POS/tablets and telephones, handle payments, expedite and run food, bus and clean workstations, support team members, and maintain friendly, professional service.

Operate the brewing process (milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, transfers), maintain and repair brewhouse equipment, perform cleaning and maintenance, assist yeast propagation and lab quality checks, manage inventory and paperwork, follow SOPs, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Operate and maintain brewing equipment to produce wort, assist with yeast propagation, perform cleaning and maintenance, support quality checks with lab staff, maintain inventory and paperwork, and follow standard operating procedures while working flexible shifts.
