Supports real estate contract accounting for assigned stores by processing rent-related accounts receivable and payable transactions, invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments. Reconciles rent statements, manages customer and vendor records, prepares reports, follows up on collections, resolves discrepancies, and communicates with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams. The role also supports legal and collections documentation, tracks store changes, and maintains accounting deadlines and records.

Manage daily restaurant operations including food safety compliance, customer service, inventory and cost control, staff supervision, equipment maintenance, menu collaboration with chefs, sales tracking, and reporting to regional management.

Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering, supervising staff, overseeing food preparation, scheduling, inventory control, training, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining cost reports, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
