Requires strong writing, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Provide operational and strategic guidance to franchisees to improve store performance, compliance, and profitability. Conduct regular site visits, training, audits, and openings; analyze financials; recommend action plans; and build strong franchise relationships to drive sales growth and brand standards.

Builds and manages Power BI financial dashboards and KPI reporting for FP&A. Supports financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting while partnering with finance, accounting, operational teams, and senior leaders. Translates business data into recommendations, streamlines reporting processes, and provides insights on sales, menu, and financial trends.
