Teams at Beamy

Lead enterprise customer success and account management to drive land-and-expand growth. Define ROI, coordinate customer journeys, secure executive sponsorship across stakeholders, run renewals and upsells, foster customer community and SaaS governance, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of the Beamy platform.

Lead, draft, review, and negotiate enterprise-level contracts (SaaS, licensing, DPAs, NDAs). Build contract processes, support sales to close deals, manage external counsel, and drive ISO 27001/SOC 2 and ESG compliance. Own internal contracts and coordinate stakeholders to mitigate legal and compliance risks.

Work on an R&D squad to prototype end-to-end features for a browser-based SaaS-usage platform. Build POCs using AI/NLP, improve detection in a browser extension, explore new interactions, analyze large datasets with BigQuery/dbt, and collaborate for production handoff.
