Build and manage relationships with PIs, academic medical centers, core facilities, and consortia to drive adoption of Beacon's at-home EEG platform in grant-funded neuroscience, psychiatry, and sleep research; support proposal development, negotiate and close partnerships, represent Beacon at conferences, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver academic studies and scale multi-site adoption.

Lead design, build, and scale of Beacon's Trial Site Network: set strategy and product vision, coordinate cross-functional teams, recruit and qualify sites, define commercial terms, manage institutional relationships, and measure network performance to support clinical trials and diagnostics.

Lead architecture and development of Beacon's centralized Datastore, designing scalable data models, event-driven pipelines, and APIs. Improve internal ML tooling, apply appropriate ML/DSP methods, enforce engineering best practices, present results to stakeholders, and support client-facing projects.

Lead hardware-focused systems engineering for FDA-cleared at-home EEG/sleep devices: define system and subsystem requirements, perform V&V and risk management (dFMEA/FMEA), execute test plans, drive integration with algorithm and platform teams, support manufacturing transfer, root cause analysis, and document per QMS and regulatory requirements.

Lead operational execution for Diagnostics marketing: manage CRM and data, run digital campaigns and web content (Framer), coordinate events and scientific submissions, develop sales enablement, manage editorial calendar and LinkedIn, and build systems and workflows to support marketing and sales.

Lead design and scaling of backend data infrastructure for Beacon's Datastore: build event-driven pipelines, data models, and APIs; draft RFCs; integrate services; improve operational robustness, documentation, and tooling to support clinical and scientific workflows.

Design, scale, and operate the Datastore backend: data modeling, event-driven pipelines, streaming, and APIs to support clinical EEG data workflows. Lead service design, RFCs, integrations, and improvements to reliability, documentation, and tooling for data-driven research and clinical studies.

Design, develop, and execute hardware and firmware test plans for at-home EEG and sleep-test devices. Perform functional, integration, system, regression testing, root-cause analysis, and documentation to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Build and own React/TypeScript web applications for EEG data analytics, clinical study management, and physician diagnostics. Lead cross-functional programs to deliver reproducible brain-monitoring analysis products. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, customer communication, data onboarding, governance, and documentation while coordinating neurologists, scientists, engineers, and data teams.

Lead and grow a mobile engineering team building React Native apps and native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) BLE device SDKs for at-home EEG and wearable devices. Own technical direction, roadmap, project execution, cross-functional alignment, and team culture while balancing delivery with long-term platform health in a regulated health-tech environment.

Drive adoption of Beacon HST across the Southeast by building pipeline, closing new and strategic accounts, displacing incumbents, executing clinical demonstrations, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure onboarding and utilization. Manage territory forecasting and CRM hygiene, engage clinical stakeholders and KOLs, attend conferences, and maintain HIPAA compliance while achieving quota and regional growth targets.

Drive adoption of Beacon HST across the Midwest by creating pipeline, closing new and strategic accounts across sleep labs, IDTFs, and health systems. Translate EEG and cardiopulmonary differentiation into clinical value, execute product demonstrations and clinical validation, maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho, attend conferences, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, utilization, retention, and quota attainment while complying with HIPAA.

Lead cross-functional product development of FDA-regulated at‑home sleep and EEG devices from concept through commercialization. Define system-level requirements, manage roadmaps, coordinate tradeoffs across hardware/firmware/software/algorithms/manufacturing, run usability and validation activities, and support design control, risk management, and regulatory documentation to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and clinical alignment.
