Develop, validate, deploy, and maintain machine learning and deep learning algorithms for EEG, cardiopulmonary, and other biosignal data used in medical devices and clinical applications. Responsibilities include data curation, model development, failure analysis, testing, documentation, regulatory-quality processes, production deployment, tooling improvements, stakeholder presentations, and client support.

Lead operational execution for Diagnostics marketing: manage CRM and data, run digital campaigns and web content (Framer), coordinate events and scientific submissions, develop sales enablement, manage editorial calendar and LinkedIn, and build systems and workflows to support marketing and sales.

Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and deep learning algorithms for EEG, cardiopulmonary, and other biosignal data used in medical devices and precision medicine. Manage territory forecasting and CRM hygiene, engage clinical stakeholders and KOLs, attend conferences, and maintain HIPAA compliance while achieving quota and regional growth targets.

Drive adoption of Beacon HST across the Midwest by creating pipeline, closing new and strategic accounts across sleep labs, IDTFs, and health systems. Translate EEG and cardiopulmonary differentiation into clinical value, execute product demonstrations and clinical validation, maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho, attend conferences, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, utilization, retention, and quota attainment while complying with HIPAA.

Lead go-to-market strategy for life sciences and diagnostics products. Own launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation; create sales enablement and clinical collateral; conduct market and competitive research; track marketing metrics and support demand generation; partner with Clinical, Product, and Sales; and build relationships with KOLs and industry partners.

Drive adoption of Beacon HST across California and Nevada by generating pipeline, closing new and expansion business with sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems and multi-site clinical organizations. Lead clinical-focused selling, perform product demonstrations, support clinical validation, maintain CRM hygiene, attend conferences, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, utilization, retention, and HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.

Provide empathetic phone-based patient and customer support for at-home sleep testing: schedule and coordinate tests, troubleshoot equipment, document interactions per HIPAA, escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate patient care and operational goals.

Design, develop, and execute hardware and firmware test plans for at-home EEG and sleep diagnostic devices. Create test protocols, fixtures, and automation; perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing; troubleshoot hardware/firmware issues; perform root cause analysis; and document results to meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Build and manage relationships with PIs, academic medical centers, core facilities, and consortia to drive adoption of Beacon's at-home EEG platform in grant-funded neuroscience, psychiatry, and sleep research; support proposal development, negotiate and close partnerships, represent Beacon at conferences, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver academic studies and scale multi-site adoption.

Lead design, build, and scale of Beacon's Trial Site Network: set strategy and product vision, coordinate cross-functional teams, recruit and qualify sites, define commercial terms, manage institutional relationships, and measure network performance to support clinical trials and diagnostics.

Lead and grow a 6–10 person Analytics Systems team building Beacon's analytics platform: feature stores, pipelines, BI products, and integrations (including foundation models) to support clinical development and diagnostics. Own roadmap, product direction, engineering quality, project delivery, and cross-team stakeholder alignment in regulated life-sciences environments.
