Design and scale backend data infrastructure for Beacon’s Datastore, including PostgreSQL models, Kafka-based event pipelines, GraphQL APIs, and warehouse dataset snapshots. Lead service integration, technical design, data integrity, failure handling, and operational improvements. Collaborate with scientific, clinical, product, platform, and application teams to deliver reliable data workflows for clinical studies and digital health products.

Develops and executes hardware, firmware, and embedded-system tests for EEG and home sleep devices. Creates test plans, protocols, scripts, procedures, fixtures, and automation; performs functional, integration, system, regression, characterization, and verification testing. Troubleshoots hardware and firmware issues, conducts root cause analysis, supports product development and manufacturing, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and medical-device requirements.

Own product requirements, user needs, roadmaps, and design-control deliverables for medical devices. Lead cross-functional development from concept through commercialization, coordinating engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and external partners. Drive tradeoff discussions, usability studies, validation, verification, manufacturing transfer, Agile practices, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while translating customer, clinical, technical, and business needs into product priorities.
