Supports clinical study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring for at-home EEG deployments. Responsibilities include coordinating with research sites and project teams, training sites on devices and protocols, monitoring timelines and quality, maintaining GCP and ICH compliance, resolving operational issues, and providing site feedback to improve devices and workflows. The role is fully remote in the U.S. with up to 5% travel.

Manage end-to-end operational delivery of at-home clinical studies: study startup, site onboarding and training, ongoing oversight, GCP/ICH compliance, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and escalation using tools like Zendesk and Asana.

Own the full commercial contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, redlining, execution, renewals, and repository management. Negotiate pharma, biopharma, clinical trial, SaaS, licensing, device supply, vendor, and data agreements. Advise on data ownership, licensing, secondary use, HIPAA, and GDPR issues; support FDA-cleared device commercialization; maintain templates and playbooks; and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders while reporting to the General Counsel.
