Owns end-to-end clinical implementation of diagnostic solutions for sleep labs, health systems, and providers. Responsibilities include demos, workflow planning, clinical and administrative training, go-live support, adoption measurement, troubleshooting, workflow redesign, cross-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and playbook development. The role serves as a subject matter expert in sleep testing and home sleep apnea testing, mentors peers, supports regulated medical device compliance, and travels nationally up to 50–75%.

Own end-to-end clinical implementation of diagnostic solutions for sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations. Lead demos, workflow planning, clinical training, go-live support, adoption measurement, troubleshooting, and sustained workflow integration. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, Support, and Customer Success; provide sleep-testing subject matter expertise; develop playbooks and standards; mentor peers; support regulated medical-device compliance; and travel nationally for customer implementations.

Provides frontline and advanced technical support for Beacon's software, medical devices, accounts, and healthcare workflows. Troubleshoots Windows environments, connected devices, logs, SQL data, and customer systems; reproduces issues, documents findings, and coordinates with technical teams. Supports onboarding, training, account provisioning, and customer communications while maintaining ownership in a high-volume remote environment.
