Provide HR consultation and support for business areas on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and organizational design. Conduct investigations and exit interviews, manage unemployment claims, advise on HR policy and compensation, present to management, and participate in HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment law.

Leads Trade Services strategy, operations, and staff supporting commercial and standby letters of credit, including import and export transactions. Manage commercial loan portfolios by underwriting credit requests, conducting due diligence, preparing loan memoranda, monitoring risk, performing annual reviews and property inspections, assisting with loan closings, and maintaining portfolio tracking and customer relationships.

Prepare and process documentation for small business loan closings, modifications, and maintenance. File UCC financing statements, assist with closings, prepare checks/wires, image documents, input loan data into OSI, fund loans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Leads the internal audit function, developing and executing COSO/IIA risk‑based audit plans, reporting to the Audit Committee, liaising with regulators and external auditors, managing anonymous reporting investigations, conducting quality assessments, overseeing audit budget, and developing an audit team to strengthen controls across operations, compliance, and finance.

Analyze and underwrite commercial credit requests, including commercial and investment real estate; perform due diligence; prepare loan memos and presentations; manage and monitor a portfolio of customer loans, renewals, and compliance; liaise with relationship managers, customers, and external advisors to identify and address problem loans.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning. Support financial advisors with client-facing and operational tasks: process transactions, prepare meeting materials and portfolio reviews, deepen client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and stay current on market trends and compliance to contribute to revenue growth.

Serve as subject-matter expert in SBA loan funding and disbursement. Mentor and train loan documentation staff, manage daily funding workflow, prepare/verify closing and modification documents, process wires/checks and fees, enter loan data into core systems, maintain collateral/ticklers, and ensure regulatory compliance and document retention.

Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations including incident intake, research, case documentation, regulatory reporting, and fund recovery. Collaborate with banks and internal business lines to mitigate losses, advise on remediation and prevention, identify fraud trends, and support fraud awareness initiatives while maintaining regulatory and documentation standards.

Lead workout strategies for high-risk commercial lending relationships to minimize losses and maximize recoveries. Serve as primary officer for problem loan portfolios, prepare restructuring/forbearance memoranda, coordinate legal counsel and internal stakeholders, monitor borrower performance, estimate loss exposure, and produce required credit risk reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead enterprise data integration, standardization, and reporting architecture. Onboard legacy sources (Jack Henry/jhaKnow) into Snowflake and governed reporting, drive data quality, reconciliation, and mapping between banking platforms, enable trusted datasets for analytics and AI, and govern reporting standards across Technology, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and profitability analysis for the consolidated bank. Build and maintain integrated financial models, produce executive reports and dashboards, analyze performance and KPIs (ROA, ROE, NIM), support capital and stress-testing, improve FP&A systems and data quality, and mentor junior FP&A staff.

Provide application administration and end-user support for banking systems. Maintain system availability, follow change management, document procedures, test and remediate issues with vendors, and support automation and control testing to reduce risk.

Manage day-to-day RIA operational functions including client onboarding, ACAT transfers, money movement, account maintenance, and custodial requests via Charles Schwab. Prepare and review new account documentation, troubleshoot rejected requests, interact with custodian daily, coordinate with client service, and provide timely status updates to ensure compliant, accurate account processing and excellent client experience.

Investigate fraud referrals and incidents end-to-end, document cases, advise on remediation, coordinate recoveries with other institutions, prepare investigative and regulatory reports (SARs), and support fraud prevention initiatives across business lines.
