Analyze and underwrite commercial credit requests, including commercial and investment real estate; perform due diligence; prepare loan memos and presentations; manage and monitor a portfolio of customer loans, renewals, and compliance; liaise with relationship managers, customers, and external advisors to identify and address problem loans.

Lead workout strategies for high-risk commercial lending relationships to minimize losses and maximize recoveries. Serve as primary officer for problem loan portfolios, prepare restructuring/forbearance memoranda, coordinate legal counsel and internal stakeholders, monitor borrower performance, estimate loss exposure, and produce required credit risk reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead enterprise data integration, standardization, and reporting architecture. Onboard legacy sources (Jack Henry/jhaKnow) into Snowflake and governed reporting, drive data quality, reconciliation, and mapping between banking platforms, enable trusted datasets for analytics and AI, and govern reporting standards across Technology, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders.

Perform AML/CFT due diligence, enhanced reviews, and investigations on new and existing customers. Research higher-risk relationships, maintain monitoring data, prepare documentation and escalations, remediate due diligence gaps with business partners, and support SAR reporting and sanctions compliance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and profitability analysis for the consolidated bank. Build and maintain integrated financial models, produce executive reports and dashboards, analyze performance and KPIs (ROA, ROE, NIM), support capital and stress-testing, improve FP&A systems and data quality, and mentor junior FP&A staff.

Provide application administration and end-user support for banking systems. Maintain system availability, follow change management, document procedures, test and remediate issues with vendors, and support automation and control testing to reduce risk.

Manage an exceptions-based small business loan portfolio: process renewals, reviews, modifications, collect financials and appraisals, monitor delinquencies and overdrafts, ensure SBA policy compliance, and support team training and compliance.
