Analyze and underwrite commercial credit requests, including commercial and investment real estate; perform due diligence; prepare loan memos and presentations; manage and monitor a portfolio of customer loans, renewals, and compliance; liaise with relationship managers, customers, and external advisors to identify and address problem loans.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning. Maintain financial models, prepare variance analysis and management reports, track KPIs, assist profitability and pricing analysis, improve data quality, and support automation and BI reporting while partnering with senior leadership and business units.

Review and monitor customer profile and account changes to ensure accuracy of core system data. Perform quality control on new deposit accounts, titling changes, safe deposit box leases, and business account documentation. Track missing documentation, work with branches to correct issues, report exceptions, and support branch operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
