Provide HR consultation and support for business areas on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and organizational design. Conduct investigations and exit interviews, manage unemployment claims, advise on HR policy and compensation, present to management, and participate in HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment law.

Leads Trade Services strategy, operations, and staff supporting commercial and standby letters of credit, including import and export transactions. Oversees documentary credit review, approvals, settlements, reconciliations, workflows, and team development. Ensures compliance with ICC guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory standards while improving systems and procedures, minimizing risk, and delivering accurate, timely customer service.

Manage and underwrite commercial loan portfolios: analyze credit risk, prepare loan memoranda, perform annual reviews and property inspections, monitor portfolio risk, assist with due diligence and loan closings, and interact with customers and financial professionals.
