Processes accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, employee expenses, and corporate card transactions. Reviews coding, tax discrepancies, authorizations, vendor records, 1099 information, check runs, and general ledger uploads. Responds to vendor and employee inquiries, follows SOX controls and company policies, maintains invoice files, and supports accounts payable projects. Requires accuracy, organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently during peak periods.

Investigates AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and customer due diligence alerts; prepares SARs and CTRs; conducts enhanced due diligence and financial crime research; responds to law enforcement requests; supports OFAC, BSA, FinCEN, and Section 314(a) compliance; maintains FIU data and documentation; and advises business partners on financial crimes requirements.

Processes lockbox documents by grouping, balancing, scanning, and capturing transaction data. Reviews Positive Pay items, corrects discrepancies, processes payroll and Canadian items, creates PDFs, scans work, and supports mobile and ATM reviews. Performs mailroom duties, assists lending areas, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides backup coverage for the Lockbox Manager.
