Lead high-impact strategy advisory engagements for SMEs and mid-market clients, oversee multiple concurrent mandates end-to-end, advise on enterprise strategy, M&A and post-merger integration, support consulting business development, and contribute to methodology and thought leadership.

Lead and deliver operations advisory projects for SMEs, including process and plant layout optimization, operational efficiency improvements, project management, and business development support. Serve as subject-matter expert, develop advisory solutions, support proposals and outreach, and transfer knowledge to Client Partners to drive measurable client outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of small-business clients (sales up to $3M), generate new business, analyze and present financing proposals, apply credit judgment, and network locally to drive client acquisition and retention.

Provide end-to-end KYC support for loan applications: review client files, obtain and verify KYC documentation, analyze information, flag non-compliance, follow up with clients, and collaborate with Business Development Leads and Underwriters to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.

Support Directors in corporate financing by performing financial analysis and modelling, preparing credit submissions, managing transactions, conducting KYC/AML due diligence and maintaining portfolio data integrity while identifying cross‑sell opportunities and supporting client relations.
