Teams at BDC

Lead due diligence and credit analysis for medium-to-high complexity loan proposals. Structure terms, pricing, conditions and covenants, prepare high-quality loan packages, negotiate with internal partners, resolve compliance issues, and maintain relationships to ensure adherence to BDC credit policies.

Serve as Scrum Master for two teams: coach Agile mindset and practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, support Product Owner, manage cross-team dependencies, track metrics, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

Drive business development and manage a portfolio of commercial clients by networking locally, identifying client needs, analyzing financing requests, structuring proposals, exercising credit judgment, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver financing and advisory solutions that support small and medium-sized business growth.
