Owns the data lifecycle for marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, eligibility validation, deployment checks, cost and spend reconciliation, taxonomy, dashboards, reporting, and campaign performance analysis. The role automates recurring quality and refresh workflows using AI or code, documents procedures, trains backups, and delivers data-driven insights to Marketing leaders. Requires hands-on SQL, Power BI, Databricks or comparable platform experience, campaign audience development, financial reconciliation, AI-enabled automation, and French-English bilingualism.

Supports corporate accounting and financial reporting through month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, expense accruals, invoicing, internal controls, and cash reconciliation. Administers corporate card programs, distributes reports through SharePoint, responds to accounting inquiries, and supports process improvements involving financial systems, AI, and automation. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and bilingual skills, with experience using PeopleSoft, banking platforms, Concur, and Microsoft 365.

Provides legal advice and negotiates agreements supporting venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and strategic investment transactions. Collaborates with internal teams, coordinates external counsel, researches legal issues, and delivers coaching and business-oriented guidance. The role requires strong transactional law expertise, negotiation, judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex files. Bilingual English and French capability is an asset.
