Lead data engineering, data quality, and automation initiatives for BDC Capital. Design lakehouse pipelines, own data models and governance, implement automated validations and reconciliations, build AI-enabled automations and agents, support CRM and portfolio-monitoring systems, and lead cross-functional deployments and technical standards.

Define and promote software engineering standards and SSDLC across teams; assess emerging technologies (notably generative AI); support squads on complex designs; evolve libraries, reference patterns and CI/CD pipelines; document best practices; produce roadmaps, training and metrics to increase engineering maturity, security and delivery speed.

The Senior Commercial Account Manager will manage a client portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and provide financing solutions to entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include networking, analyzing financing proposals, and achieving client retention and growth objectives.
