Supports employee experience programs across the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development planning, recognition, and compliance. Maintains HR planning trackers, coordinates governance and business-unit planning, monitors initiative progress, and prepares leadership review materials. Produces dashboards and reporting, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements. Serves as a Workday Talent resource and develops bilingual communications and training materials while collaborating across HR teams.

Leads complex strategy consulting mandates for Canadian SMEs and mid-market organizations, advising entrepreneurs and executives on strategic planning, growth, transformation, organizational effectiveness, M&A, and post-merger integration. Oversees project outcomes, budgets, risks, quality, and portfolios; supports business development, proposals, diagnostics, and executive sales conversations. Develops consulting methodologies, enables internal collaboration, and represents the practice through thought leadership and external engagements.

Manage BDC’s commercial loan portfolio through annual reviews, service requests, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, loan amendments, and restructuring recommendations. Monitor client performance and regional economic trends, identify risks and opportunities, ensure documentation and policy compliance, collaborate with internal teams, and coach colleagues. The role requires strong judgment, financial analysis expertise, banking experience, and French-English bilingualism.
