Responsibilities include Python and Rust development, Linux systems work, shell scripting, algorithms, databases, authentication and access control for HPC environments, CI/CD, automation, containerization, cloud solutions, and Java/J2EE applications. The engineer analyzes requirements, debugs software, integrates systems, performs quality control, and may lead development teams. An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Tests and validates HPC systems against requirements, develops automated testing strategies, analyzes test data, and troubleshoots using Linux, Python, and Bash. Develop Bash and Python scripts, administer and troubleshoot HPC systems, manage Slurm scheduling, automate infrastructure with Salt and Ansible, and diagnose software, hardware, and shared-file-system issues. Support large-scale systems and customers while applying rigorous root-cause analysis. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Supports program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by monitoring program and portfolio health. Analyzes cost, schedule, and performance across contracts and government activities, responds to investment portfolio actions, produces execution reports, drafts acquisition and program documents, and presents program status and analytical findings.

Develops, enhances, integrates, tests, and debugs complex software systems and algorithms. Derives software requirements, designs system components, improves development processes, creates documentation, and supports software integration and testing. Leads development teams, performs quality control, and collaborates with systems and hardware engineers. Requires experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration management, CI/CD tools, SQL, scripting, and software testing.

Provides end-to-end systems engineering for high-performance computing programs, including requirements analysis, architecture and design, integration, testing, risk management, technical documentation, and acquisition lifecycle support. Evaluates processors, accelerators, interconnects, networks, memory, and storage architectures against mission requirements. Leads technical coordination with government stakeholders, program personnel, vendors, and executives while maintaining architectural direction and technical integrity.

Supports program managers, initiative leads, and leadership by monitoring program health, analyzing cost, schedule, and performance across contracts and government activities, and preparing status reports and executive briefings. Manages funding and requirements for multiple IT systems and develops Spend Plans, UFRs, acquisition documents, schedules, risk plans, and portfolio analyses. Requires substantial DoD/IC program, contract, or financial management experience.

Develops network designs, diagrams, bills of materials, capacity plans, risk assessments, certification and accreditation documentation, and IA metrics. Collaborates with network, storage, and server teams to design solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
