Supports program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by analyzing and reporting program, initiative, and portfolio health. Identifies cost, schedule, and performance concerns across contracts and government activities, supports investment portfolio actions, and prepares execution reports, acquisition documents, schedules, risk plans, and presentations. Provides agency finance support, spend plan development, requisition and invoice tracking, hardware and software purchasing, MIPR/EAO support, and TTO/MIPR scope development.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, proposal support, contract vehicles, and joint venture administration. Review and negotiate agreements, assess contractual risks, ensure FAR and DFARS compliance, maintain contract records and deliverables, support proposals, and advise executive leadership, program managers, and business development teams.

Integrate, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in Linux environments. Administer and maintain Kubernetes-based PaaS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, security compliance, and performance. Troubleshoot workloads involving ingress, networking, storage, and performance. Develop Bash/Python scripts, maintain Helm charts, apply Ansible-based IaC, monitor clusters with Prometheus and Grafana, manage Git workflows, execute performance tests, document software stacks, and provide HPC tool ownership.
