Supports the Design Director in developing sportswear collections from inspiration through production. Responsibilities include creating design sheets and tech packs in Centric PLM, sourcing trims, prints, and fabrics, developing silhouettes, selecting linings, coordinating with sales and production, preparing samples, creating inspiration boards, and ensuring designs align with trends, brand identity, merchandising needs, and fabric-yield requirements.

Supports apparel design and development from initial inspiration through production. Creates and maintains tech packs, measurements, line sketches, and construction details; measures samples, attends fittings, communicates with overseas teams, and coordinates with factories to ensure garments meet specifications and timelines. The role requires technical apparel knowledge, PLM experience, Adobe Illustrator proficiency, strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist senior designers with developing women’s dresses from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating design boards, digital sketches, AI renderings, tech packs, cad decks, and seasonal line plans; researching trends; sourcing fabrics and trims; preparing samples; tracking sample progress; maintaining design files and swatches; and entering sample data into asset management systems.
