Support outreach and survivor services by creating materials, organizing supplies, representing the program at community events, assisting partnerships, conducting research for presentations, tracking outreach data, and providing logistical and administrative support during a 160-hour internship.

Provide case management and advocacy to youth transitioning from foster care. Assess needs, develop Individual Service Plans, coordinate resources and community services, de-escalate crises, maintain records in Salesforce, comply with HHS policies, attend trainings, and participate in program events including evenings/weekends.

The Task Force Coordinator oversees collaboration among government and non-profit agencies, ensuring effective support and procedures for victims of human trafficking while maintaining data and facilitating partnerships.

The Program Director supervises staff, ensures program compliance, manages budgets, and develops community partnerships while meeting program objectives and leading operational efforts.

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support, manages case files, handles communications, and assists with office operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Assist program staff and clients with independent living preparedness through training, resource linkage, and case management support.

Supervise staff and programs serving at-risk youth; manage contracts, budgets, compliance, and reporting; build community partnerships; hire, train, and mentor staff; oversee data entry in Salesforce and respond to crises as needed.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) outreach, enrollment, and group or one-on-one non-clinical education for participants. Plan and deliver sessions on parenting, life skills, job readiness, and maternal/infant health, maintain accurate Salesforce documentation, collaborate with program staff, attend community events, and meet program reporting and compliance requirements.

Provide comprehensive case management including intake and benefit assessments, goal-setting, case plan development, home/virtual visits, client advocacy, referrals, health and parent education, Medicaid/CHIP assistance, postpartum doula services, documentation in Salesforce, outreach, compliance with federal/state standards, and maintain a caseload of 35–40 clients.

Provide clerical support to the program director and staff including reception, data entry, case file management, purchasing, budget tracking, travel coordination, and client follow-up. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, attend trainings, support staff and community outreach, and provide on-call services as required.
