Support outreach and survivor services by creating materials, organizing supplies, representing the program at community events, assisting partnerships, conducting research for presentations, tracking outreach data, and providing logistical and administrative support during a 160-hour internship.

Provide trauma-informed clinical services to at-risk youth and young adults (18-24): assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, outreach, and comprehensive documentation in Salesforce. Coordinate referrals, support housing program goals, attend community events, maintain licensure/CEUs, and ensure compliance with state and agency standards.

Lead and manage the CYD program by developing program components, ensuring contract compliance, supervising and mentoring direct service staff, overseeing budget and reporting, coordinating outreach and partnerships, maintaining documentation and safety protocols, and ensuring quality services for youth.
