Coordinate kitchen order flow to ensure timely, properly presented food. Direct servers/runners, maintain pace, stock supplies before rushes, enforce recipe adherence and temperature standards, keep kitchen clean and organized, and prioritize safe food handling while meeting productivity targets.

Operate and maintain brewhouse equipment to produce wort (milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, transfers). Perform cleaning, maintenance, minor repairs, yeast propagation support, inventory tracking, paperwork, and follow SOPs. Coordinate with lab and staff, work flexible schedules, and meet physical and safety requirements.

Greet guests, take and expedite to-go orders, operate POS/tablets/phones, perform side duties (bussing, cleaning, running food), and provide friendly, accurate customer service.
