Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and customer satisfaction, manage inventory and costs, handle customer complaints, collaborate on menu development, maintain sales and operations records, and schedule equipment maintenance and inspections.

Operate and maintain brewery equipment to produce wort, perform milling/mashing/lauter/boil/cooling transfers, clean and inspect vessels, assist with yeast propagation, follow SOPs, maintain inventory and paperwork, and support quality checks.
