Manage full-cycle weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states. Responsibilities include resolving payroll inquiries, ensuring prevailing wage compliance, preparing certified payroll and tax reports, coordinating employee status changes, conducting audits and reconciliations, supporting training, and improving payroll processes. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, Accounting, Team Leaders, and Project Managers while maintaining confidentiality and payroll accuracy.
