Provides administrative, IT, customer service, and facility support at a university health science center. Duties include operating the switchboard, preparing classroom technology, troubleshooting computers and audiovisual equipment, greeting visitors, assisting students and faculty, handling confidential information, coordinating mail and packages, reporting facility issues, and supporting emergency procedures. The role requires occasional driving to other university locations and may include evening or weekend work.

Leads integrated enrollment marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive prospective student inquiries, applications, and enrollments. Oversees digital, email, paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, audience segmentation, content, budgets, agencies, and campaign performance. Analyzes funnel metrics, conducts testing, presents recommendations to leadership, and collaborates with enrollment, academic, communications, web, and creative teams. Evaluates emerging technologies and AI tools to improve personalization, efficiency, and recruitment outcomes.

Develop and execute advancement communications and engagement strategies to strengthen alumni and donor relationships. Create and manage content across print, digital, social, and web; lead digital giving campaigns; coordinate volunteer councils; plan and run Advancement events; maintain CRM records; track metrics; and collaborate with campus partners to advance fundraising and stewardship goals.

Lead and manage a graduate School Nursing program: develop curriculum, oversee program operations and faculty, advise students, ensure licensure compliance, maintain records and partnerships, participate in accreditation and committees, engage in professional development and outreach, and report program outcomes to the Dean.

Conduct prospect identification, wealth screening, and detailed donor research to build profiles and support major gift cultivation. Maintain Raiser's Edge NXT data quality, perform database administration support, create reports and dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and assist with data governance and analytics to support fundraising operations.

Manage gift processing, acknowledgements, donor database administration (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT), produce and reconcile financial and donor reports, supervise Prospect Research/Data Coordinator and student workers, support prospect research and moves management, administer advancement operations and budgets, and ensure compliance with gift and privacy policies.

Provide developmental advising to undergraduate students from enrollment to graduation, create degree plans, monitor academic progress, coordinate outreach for at-risk students, utilize advising technology and data analytics, maintain documentation, refer to campus resources, present at events, comply with FERPA, and submit reports to the Director.

Provide developmental advising to a caseload of 200-300 undergraduates from enrollment to graduation. Guide course selection, major exploration, degree planning, and at-risk interventions; use advising technology and data analytics; document interactions; refer students to campus resources; present at events; comply with FERPA and institutional policies; submit reports and participate in trainings and committees.
