The role supports prospect management, maintains Virtual Engagement Officer portfolios, produces financial and advancement reports, ensures compliance with gift acceptance and tax requirements, and assists with staff training and university collaboration. It requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, reporting expertise, and proficiency in advancement databases and Microsoft Office.

Processes accounts payable disbursements, researches and matches invoices, maintains vendor and purchase order records, verifies approvals and general ledger coding, processes reimbursements, manages check runs, completes 1099 reporting, reconciles credit card statements, resolves payment issues, supports audits, trains employees, and improves business office processes.

Leads integrated enrollment marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive prospective student inquiries, applications, and enrollments. Oversees digital, email, paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, audience segmentation, content, budgets, agencies, and campaign performance. Analyzes funnel metrics, conducts testing, presents recommendations to leadership, and collaborates with enrollment, academic, communications, web, and creative teams. Evaluates emerging technologies and AI tools to improve personalization, efficiency, and recruitment outcomes.
