Lead and manage a graduate School Nursing program: develop curriculum, oversee program operations and faculty, advise students, ensure licensure compliance, maintain records and partnerships, participate in accreditation and committees, engage in professional development and outreach, and report program outcomes to the Dean.

Conduct prospect identification, wealth screening, and detailed donor research to build profiles and support major gift cultivation. Maintain Raiser's Edge NXT data quality, perform database administration support, create reports and dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and assist with data governance and analytics to support fundraising operations.

Manage gift processing, acknowledgements, donor database administration (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT), produce and reconcile financial and donor reports, supervise Prospect Research/Data Coordinator and student workers, support prospect research and moves management, administer advancement operations and budgets, and ensure compliance with gift and privacy policies.
