Leads general ledger operations, monthly and annual financial close, and accurate financial reporting for a large nonprofit. Oversees accounts payable and receivable teams, revenue recognition, reconciliations, fixed assets, grants, and restricted funding. Manages audits, Single Audit support, internal controls, accounting policies, compliance, ERP process improvements, and staff development. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency, data integrity, and stewardship.

Supervise and support up to 22 K–12 students in after-school academic, enrichment, recreational, and social-emotional activities. Ensure campus and student safety, manage attendance and sign-in procedures, provide homework assistance, support student behavior using restorative and trauma-informed practices, and maintain a welcoming environment. Collaborate with staff, school personnel, and families; complete documentation, trainings, meetings, and professional development.

Directs the CERC community service program, overseeing strategic planning, AmeriCorps recruitment and deployments, partner agency relationships, contracts, funding proposals, budgets, compliance, staff supervision, training, performance management, and program operations. The role manages Project Coordinators and AmeriCorps members, approves expenses and timesheets, supports organizational partnerships, and provides on-site deployment supervision requiring travel throughout California.

Coordinates the launch and daily operation of a community resource center serving children, youth, and families. Responsibilities include developing partnerships, facilitating stakeholder meetings, implementing intake and referral systems, coordinating providers and staffing, supervising a Family Resource Navigator, supporting family navigation, leading outreach and events, monitoring data and budgets, managing grant deliverables, and driving continuous improvement using participant and stakeholder feedback.

Coordinates nonprofit fundraising operations, including grant deadlines, donor and funder meetings, proposal and report development, stewardship follow-up, Salesforce database management, acknowledgments, and pipeline reporting. The role supports fundraising narratives, prospect outreach, development initiatives, and organization-wide philanthropic engagement while keeping executives and staff accountable to commitments and deadlines.

Support the Program Coordinator in daily operation of an after-school program: supervise students, track attendance, write lesson plans, manage facilities, perform administrative tasks, ensure safety, and assist with staff supervision and compliance throughout the academic year.

Coordinate and expand the Smoke-Free Marin Coalition through community outreach, policy advocacy, coalition-building, meeting facilitation, communications (website, social, e-news), data tracking, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement to advance smoke-free policies and community leadership.

Launch and operate the THRIVE Center by building and coordinating partnerships, developing intake/referral and data systems, supervising the Family Resource Navigator, overseeing daily operations, leading outreach and events, managing budgets/grants, and driving continuous improvement to ensure integrated, trauma-informed family services.

Provide warm front-desk family support, coordinate participant registration and data entry, assist with program logistics and classroom setup, support play-based activities and childwatch, offer Spanish interpretation, conduct outreach and volunteer coordination, and participate in trainings and developmental screenings to strengthen family engagement.

Support the Program Coordinator in daily operation of an elementary after-school program: supervise students, assist with lesson planning and activities, track attendance and reporting, perform administrative duties, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support staff and volunteers. Must commit to the academic year and required program hours.

Provide bilingual Spanish/English program and administrative support at a family center: greet and register families, provide interpretation and translation, run play space activities and childwatch, assist outreach/events, perform clerical tasks and data entry, maintain program readiness, and support trainings (Ages and Stages, CHW).

Lead the Center's administrative team to run daily operations, registration, data entry, reporting, communications and social media. Provide bilingual family engagement, childwatch, program coordination, outreach, volunteer support, event logistics, and partner collaboration. Support professional development, ASQ screenings and CHW certification while maintaining welcoming, organized center operations.

Provide relationship-based, culturally responsive family support, developmental screening (ASQ), resource navigation, parent education (Triple P), and early learning playgroups for children 0-5. Build partnerships, maintain records, train staff, and support center operations while offering bilingual Spanish/English services and community outreach.

Provide relationship-based, family-centered support to families with young children: conduct ASQ developmental screenings, facilitate playgroups and parenting workshops, connect families to community resources, support parent leadership, maintain records, and collaborate with community partners to strengthen family wellbeing.

Deliver targeted small-group and individual literacy interventions using UFLI and structured literacy; administer and analyze DIBELS benchmarks; support MTSS/RTI, program compliance, data-driven improvement, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with school staff and families to promote equitable literacy outcomes.

Manage and configure Salesforce (users, objects, automation, flows), maintain data quality and integrations, provide SaaS and identity administration, create training and documentation, collaborate with partners and IT teammates, and support migrations and system improvements.

Provide comprehensive case management for youth: intake, individualized service plans, advocacy (court/school), referrals to stabilization and therapeutic services, lead case conferences, coordinate trainings/workshops, maintain case files and databases, and build community/provider partnerships to support employment and development programs.

Lead project and grant accounting for a nonprofit portfolio: oversee fund accounting, ensure compliance with grant terms and Uniform Guidance, prepare billings and reports, support audits, manage allocations and internal controls, supervise project accounting staff, and improve financial systems and reporting (Workday experience preferred).
