Manages regional support for AmeriCorps Fellows and Host Partners while owning high-volume program operations. Responsibilities include timecard approval, reimbursements, financial reporting, onboarding and offboarding, compliance tracking, audit support, evaluation documentation, and process improvement. The role also supports fellow professional development, conducts virtual check-ins and occasional site visits, coordinates training and community-building activities, and maintains stakeholder relationships across California.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish family support for children ages 0–5 through resource navigation, developmental screenings, parent education, playgroups, and early learning activities. Builds relationships with families, connects them to public services, facilitates Triple P programming, conducts ASQ screenings, maintains records, collaborates with community partners, and supports Center operations and outreach.

Leads daily after-school programming for K-12 youth, ensuring safe, inclusive, developmentally supportive services. Supervises and coaches staff, manages enrollment, attendance, schedules, payroll, facilities, compliance, and reporting. Builds partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations; supports restorative practices, social-emotional learning, academic enrichment, and continuous quality improvement. Requires at least three years in education or youth-serving programs and two years supervising staff.

Supports planning and delivery of youth job-readiness, life-skills, entrepreneurship, and community engagement workshops. Prepares materials, co-facilitates activities, supports youth interns, participates in outreach and events, maintains curriculum resources, and contributes to debriefs and program improvement. The facilitator may lead workshops during staff absences and helps with participant enrollment, intake, retention, and interviews while promoting a supportive, inclusive environment.

Supports K-12 students, especially those with disabilities and diverse learning needs, in inclusive after-school academic, enrichment, recreation, and leadership activities. Builds relationships, provides individualized and small-group assistance, implements accommodations and behavior strategies, and uses restorative, trauma-informed approaches. Collaborates with families, teachers, case managers, and program staff; maintains documentation; supports social-emotional learning; and participates in training and continuous quality improvement.

Leads general ledger operations, monthly and annual financial close, and accurate financial reporting for a large nonprofit. Oversees accounts payable and receivable teams, revenue recognition, reconciliations, fixed assets, grants, and restricted funding. Manages audits, Single Audit support, internal controls, accounting policies, compliance, ERP process improvements, and staff development. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency, data integrity, and stewardship.

Directs the CERC community service program, overseeing strategic planning, AmeriCorps recruitment and deployments, partner agency relationships, contracts, funding proposals, budgets, compliance, staff supervision, training, performance management, and program operations. The role manages Project Coordinators and AmeriCorps members, approves expenses and timesheets, supports organizational partnerships, and provides on-site deployment supervision requiring travel throughout California.

Coordinates the launch and daily operation of a community resource center serving children, youth, and families. Responsibilities include developing partnerships, facilitating stakeholder meetings, implementing intake and referral systems, coordinating providers and staffing, supervising a Family Resource Navigator, supporting family navigation, leading outreach and events, monitoring data and budgets, managing grant deliverables, and driving continuous improvement using participant and stakeholder feedback.

Coordinates nonprofit fundraising operations, including grant deadlines, donor and funder meetings, proposal and report development, stewardship follow-up, Salesforce database management, acknowledgments, and pipeline reporting. The role supports fundraising narratives, prospect outreach, development initiatives, and organization-wide philanthropic engagement while keeping executives and staff accountable to commitments and deadlines.

Support the Program Coordinator in daily operation of an after-school program: supervise students, track attendance, write lesson plans, manage facilities, perform administrative tasks, ensure safety, and assist with staff supervision and compliance throughout the academic year.

Coordinate and expand the Smoke-Free Marin Coalition through community outreach, policy advocacy, coalition-building, meeting facilitation, communications (website, social, e-news), data tracking, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement to advance smoke-free policies and community leadership.

Manage and configure Salesforce (users, objects, automation, flows), maintain data quality and integrations, provide SaaS and identity administration, create training and documentation, collaborate with partners and IT teammates, and support migrations and system improvements.

Provide comprehensive case management for youth: intake, individualized service plans, advocacy (court/school), referrals to stabilization and therapeutic services, lead case conferences, coordinate trainings/workshops, maintain case files and databases, and build community/provider partnerships to support employment and development programs.

Lead project and grant accounting for a nonprofit portfolio: oversee fund accounting, ensure compliance with grant terms and Uniform Guidance, prepare billings and reports, support audits, manage allocations and internal controls, supervise project accounting staff, and improve financial systems and reporting (Workday experience preferred).
