Teams at Bay Area Community Resources (BACR)

Lead design and management of expanded learning and community school programs. Supervise site staff, build school and community partnerships, manage budgets and compliance, use data for continuous improvement, and represent the program to stakeholders to expand access and impact for youth and families.

Lead grant and project accounting: prepare/review funder billings, monitor grant expenditures and cash flow, perform budget-to-actual analyses, allocate multi-funded transactions, produce financial reports, support audits, train program staff, and drive process improvements.

Coordinate and expand the Smoke-Free Marin Coalition through community outreach, policy advocacy, coalition-building, meeting facilitation, communications (website, social, e-news), data tracking, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement to advance smoke-free policies and community leadership.
