Provides engineering design support for water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction plans and specifications, performing design calculations, conducting research, drafting reports and feasibility studies, developing cost estimates, evaluating municipal infrastructure, supporting permitting and regulatory compliance, reviewing contractor submittals, and conducting field investigations. Requires collaboration with project teams, contractors, and field representatives.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial close and reporting, assist with audits, budgeting, payroll review, lease cost reporting, and develop accounting policies and controls.

Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for traffic engineering and transportation projects, including traffic impact studies, operations and safety analyses, signal design, signing/pavement marking, maintenance of traffic plans, corridor and transportation planning, mentoring staff, proposal support, and QA/QC implementation across multiple offices and clients.

Lead electrical and automation design for water/wastewater projects: create electrical distribution and control system drawings, review specifications and shop drawings, coordinate SCADA/PLC architecture, provide constructability reviews, mentor design staff, and support site visits and construction coordination.

Provide engineering design support for water, wastewater, and municipal projects. Prepare construction plans/specifications, perform design calculations, develop cost estimates, support permitting and regulatory compliance, conduct field investigations, review contractor submittals, and assist project managers on technical and construction-phase tasks.

Provide on-site engineering support for City of Houston Wastewater Operations: assist project managers with wastewater collection system design, prepare plans/specifications, calculations, reports, estimates, and schedules; observe construction progress; coordinate with field staff and contractors; work independently and on teams.

Provide embedded municipal civil engineering support to village staff and officials: manage capital projects, review development plans, handle permits and grant applications, coordinate utilities and transportation issues, prepare reports and budgets, perform limited construction inspection, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, program, install, commission, and support water/wastewater control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, industrial networking, instrumentation, panels, and telemetry. Provide field wiring/startup, on-call troubleshooting, and client-facing technical support.

Design, fabricate, program, install, commission, and support water/wastewater control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA/DCS, instrumentation, control panels, and networking). Perform PLC/OIT/HMI programming and SCADA development, onsite startup, panel wiring, troubleshooting, and occasional lifting. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Design electrical distribution, control panels, instrumentation, P&IDs, and SCADA/PLC systems for water/wastewater facilities. Produce one-line diagrams, panel schematics, specifications, submittal packages, and support integration and site investigations.
