Responsible for accurate, timely client invoicing and billing, project setup, monthly statements, expense processing, account reconciliations, project analysis, client and staff support, and identifying process improvements.

Provide municipal civil engineering expertise: review development submittals and plans, coordinate with municipal staff and agencies, manage capital improvement projects, prepare reports, permits, grant applications, perform construction inspections, and mentor junior engineers to support local government clients.

Provide on-site engineering support for City of Houston Wastewater Operations: assist project managers with wastewater collection system design, prepare plans/specifications, calculations, reports, estimates, and schedules; observe construction progress; coordinate with field staff and contractors; work independently and on teams.
