Design, develop, and test embedded software for flight computers. Write and optimize C for microcontrollers, implement drivers and bootloaders, integrate navigation/control algorithms, debug on custom hardware, perform unit and system testing, and ensure compliance with real-time and aerospace safety requirements.

Lead execution of defense government programs from contract award through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, logistics, finance), ensure compliance with government requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks, oversee production and shipments, communicate with customers and leadership, support proposals and continuous improvement.

In-person junior accounting intern responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, supervising accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger, developing budgets and forecasts, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance, establishing internal controls, and supporting external audits. The Electrical Engineer designs and tests high-power electrical systems for hybrid-electric propulsion, collaborating with teams for integration and field testing.

Operate and prepare CNC mills, read blueprints and CAD, inspect parts to specifications, measure and troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling/calibration, and collaborate with the production team. Use Haas machines and manual lathe; CAD and Mastercam proficiency are beneficial.

Design, develop, and test embedded flight-computer software in C for ARM microcontrollers. Implement drivers, bootloaders, RTOS-based tasking, and integrate navigation/control algorithms. Debug on custom hardware, perform unit/integration/system tests, ensure aerospace safety compliance, and participate in architecture and code reviews.
