Leads supply chain improvements across procurement, material planning, inventory, supplier performance, and production readiness. Owns the roadmap for supply chain software, develops internal applications and automation, improves ERP/MRP workflows, and creates operational dashboards. Partners with procurement, production, engineering, quality, finance, IT, and compliance to implement reliable systems, improve data accuracy, reduce shortages, and support users.

Design, develop, and test embedded software for flight computers. Write and optimize C for microcontrollers, implement drivers and bootloaders, integrate navigation/control algorithms, debug on custom hardware, perform unit and system testing, and ensure compliance with real-time and aerospace safety requirements.

Lead execution of defense government programs from contract award through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, logistics, finance), ensure compliance with government requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks, oversee production and shipments, communicate with customers and leadership, support proposals and continuous improvement.
