Provides internal IT support while developing software, scripts, utilities, and automation tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and code; integrating databases and APIs; maintaining applications and IT systems; documenting technical processes; and assisting with technology projects. The role requires programming ability, problem-solving skills, Windows and networking knowledge, and willingness to obtain a government security clearance after a 60-day trial period.

Design, develop, and test embedded software for flight computers. Write and optimize C for microcontrollers, implement drivers and bootloaders, integrate navigation/control algorithms, debug on custom hardware, perform unit and system testing, and ensure compliance with real-time and aerospace safety requirements.

Lead execution of defense government programs from contract award through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, logistics, finance), ensure compliance with government requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks, oversee production and shipments, communicate with customers and leadership, support proposals and continuous improvement.
