As a Sales Consultant at Bath Fitter, you will close deals by engaging homeowners, using provided leads, and generating your own. Energetic individuals with a drive to succeed are desired, and no prior sales experience is necessary as training is provided.

Handle 100+ daily inbound/outbound interactions to schedule in-home and virtual consultations, own and re-engage leads, manage follow-ups in CRM, overcome objections, and deliver high-quality phone and chat customer experiences to convert appointments.

Field-based commercial sales role to develop new business, build executive and property-level relationships, present proposals, negotiate agreements, manage accounts, maintain pipeline, and drive revenue and retention across a territory.

Meet qualified, pre-set appointments and generate your own leads. Engage homeowners in their homes, present Bath Fitter solutions, build trust, and close sales. Prospect proactively, earn extra commission for self-generated leads, and complete required paid training.
