Responsibilities include electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting; CAD and schematic development; PLC and industrial controls support; welding; root-cause analysis; Lean improvement; automation projects; equipment commissioning; maintenance procedure development; and technical guidance for maintenance technicians.

Partners with manufacturing leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent development, conflict resolution, investigations, policy application, onboarding, recognition programs, labor relations follow-up, and workplace injury claims. Maintains a strong production-floor presence and supports operational teams across different shifts while promoting a positive, compliant workplace culture.
