Assist lead installers with bath and shower installations including setup, demolition, cleanup, measuring, cutting, framing, loading/unloading trucks, and customer-facing service. Perform hands-on training in carpentry, plumbing, and construction, maintain tools and truck organization, and participate in team meetings and training.
