Supports learning and development programs, including new-hire training, onboarding, LMS administration, instructional design, performance management, sales training, reporting, and meeting logistics. Coordinates training materials, travel, meals, inventory, and classroom preparation while maintaining employee records and development progress. Partners with HR, managers, and sales leaders to improve training delivery and identify coaching opportunities.

Confirm inbound and outbound calls for in-home sales appointments, qualify homeowners and project details, maintain Design Consultant schedules, reinforce appointment expectations, reduce cancellations and no-shows, document updates in the CRM, and communicate schedule changes to sales leadership.

Assists lead installers with cabinet refacing and residential remodeling projects, including setup, demolition, cleanup, material measurement, space preparation, and loading or unloading equipment. Maintains organized work vehicles, participates in training, uses hand and power tools, and delivers courteous customer service. The role provides paid on-the-job training and opportunities to advance into an installer position.
