Own Bastion’s brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, press, executive visibility, industry relationships, and targeted campaigns. Build the communications function from scratch, establish market presence, secure press and speaking opportunities, improve digital channels, and align communications with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Measure success through qualified inbound leads and influenced pipeline while operating independently with AI tools and contractors.

Own Bastion’s custody and conversion sales motion from the ground up. Responsibilities include generating outbound pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, running discovery, managing technical and commercial evaluations, structuring deals, forecasting, closing customers, and documenting a repeatable sales playbook. The role sells to fintech, payments, and crypto companies, partnering with technical, commercial, legal, brand, and communications teams. It is an independent-contributor position based in New York City with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Own Bastion’s Shared Services product vertical, including identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, and money-movement policies. The Product Manager will define and sequence the roadmap, translate compliance obligations into shippable requirements, manage compliance checkpoints, run triage and planning cadences, coordinate Engineering, Compliance, and go-to-market stakeholders, and improve processes and instrumentation for reliable delivery.

Execute daily crypto and fiat reconciliation across banks, payment partners, liquidity providers, and exchanges. Monitor payment flows, resolve transaction exceptions, support settlement and pricing validation, and coordinate with Treasury, Customer Support, Product, and GTM. The role also improves SOPs, dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and reporting while implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and scale payment operations.

Build and own core services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows in a regulated stablecoin platform. Ship reliable, secure production services, improve observability and SLOs, add tests and runbooks, lead medium-to-large projects, integrate with banking and crypto partners, and mentor peers while working in small cross-functional product verticals.
