Build and operate core financial infrastructure for custody, transfers, stablecoin issuance, and compliance workflows. Design reliable APIs and services, lead medium- and cross-service initiatives, improve observability and performance, strengthen security, and collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams in a regulated environment.

Develops new market segments, use cases, and strategic programs for Bastion’s stablecoin infrastructure platform. The role originates and qualifies opportunities, builds strategic relationships, closes select enterprise deals, and hands qualified opportunities to sales or partnerships. Responsibilities include developing segment theses, running market experiments, representing Bastion at events, shaping custom commercial structures, creating sales playbooks, and informing product and commercial strategy.

Own Bastion’s largest enterprise sales deals involving stablecoin issuance, custody, and conversion. Build pipeline, manage multi-threaded stakeholder processes, lead discovery through negotiation and close, and coordinate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and technical account management. Develop account plans, forecasts, qualification discipline, enterprise messaging, pricing, and a repeatable sales playbook while supporting strategic accounts and other sellers.

Own relationships with large enterprise customers from contract through launch and long-term growth. Lead onboarding, integrations, security and compliance reviews, executive reporting, issue resolution, renewals, expansions, and commercial changes. Coordinate stakeholders across customer engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, product, and sales teams. Identify bottlenecks, unblock programs, translate recurring customer needs into product requirements, and build repeatable enterprise account processes.

Execute daily crypto and fiat reconciliation across banks, payment partners, liquidity providers, and exchanges. Monitor payment flows, resolve transaction exceptions, support settlement and pricing validation, and coordinate with Treasury, Customer Support, Product, and GTM. The role also improves SOPs, dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and reporting while implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and scale payment operations.
