Own Bastion’s Shared Services product vertical, including foundational identity, due diligence, third-party risk, regulatory reporting, and money-movement capabilities. Define and sequence the roadmap, translate compliance obligations into shippable requirements, coordinate Engineering and Compliance, manage triage and delivery cadence, track risks, and improve repeatable processes for regulated stablecoin infrastructure.

Own Bastion’s brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, press, executive visibility, industry relationships, and targeted campaigns. Build the communications function from scratch, establish market presence, secure press and speaking opportunities, improve digital channels, and align communications with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Measure success through qualified inbound leads and influenced pipeline while operating independently with AI tools and contractors.

Own Bastion’s custody and conversion sales motion from the ground up. Responsibilities include generating outbound pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, running discovery, managing technical and commercial evaluations, structuring deals, forecasting, closing customers, and documenting a repeatable sales playbook. The role sells to fintech, payments, and crypto companies, partnering with technical, commercial, legal, brand, and communications teams. It is an independent-contributor position based in New York City with a flexible hybrid schedule.
