Own and scale Bastion’s sales motion for custody and conversion products: generate outbound pipeline, qualify inbound, run full sales cycles, close customers (fintechs, payments, crypto), coordinate handoffs with technical, commercial, and legal teams, and document a repeatable playbook to enable future sellers.

Build and own core services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows in a regulated stablecoin platform. Ship reliable, secure production services, improve observability and SLOs, add tests and runbooks, lead medium-to-large projects, integrate with banking and crypto partners, and mentor peers while working in small cross-functional product verticals.

Hands-on financial leader responsible for end-to-end accounting, month-end close, regulatory filings, FP&A, financial modeling, internal controls, and scaling the finance function. Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk and present financial analysis to leadership and board to inform strategy and ensure regulatory readiness.
