Ship reliable, secure production services, improve observability and SLOs, add tests and runbooks, lead medium-to-large projects, integrate with banking and crypto partners, and mentor peers while working in small cross-functional product verticals.

Hands-on financial leader responsible for end-to-end accounting, month-end close, regulatory filings, FP&A, financial modeling, internal controls, and scaling the finance function. Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk and present financial analysis to leadership and board to inform strategy and ensure regulatory readiness.

Sell Bastion's custody and conversion products to fintechs, payments providers, and crypto firms. Generate and qualify pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, run full sales cycles, coordinate technical and legal stakeholders, close deals, and document a repeatable playbook. Operate independently in a NYC hybrid environment and scale the motion for additional sellers.
