Own strategic enterprise business development for stablecoin, payments, and treasury infrastructure. Identify and originate Fortune 500 and global brand opportunities, build executive relationships, navigate complex buying committees, structure and negotiate commercial terms, and close large deals. Partner with the CEO, product, legal, compliance, finance, security, and procurement teams. Develop scalable enterprise sales motions, playbooks, new segments, and geographies from market insights.

Own Bastion’s banking, liquidity, blockchain, payment, embedded-platform, and reseller partnerships. Responsibilities include mapping and prioritizing partner gaps, sourcing and closing agreements, structuring commercial terms, coordinating legal, compliance, product, and engineering integrations, launching distribution programs, generating partner-sourced pipeline, developing partner enablement and co-marketing programs, representing Bastion externally, and scaling the partnerships function.
