Develops scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, and AI-native processes while partnering cross-functionally with company leadership.

Own product initiatives from problem definition through launch, shape and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize work using customer, user, competitive, and business insights. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across healthcare businesses, operators, providers, and patients. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify unmet needs, evaluate concepts and shipped experiences, synthesize findings, and influence product strategy and prioritization. Use interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics, experiments, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce uncertainty and improve telehealth products while maintaining evidence quality, privacy, and research validity.

Owns end-to-end video and motion production, including concept development, storyboarding, original graphic asset creation, animation, video editing, sound integration, color grading, and final delivery. Produces branded motion content for marketing, social media, product announcements, web experiences, and digital ads, adapting assets across platforms and formats while maintaining high standards for visual craftsmanship and brand consistency.

Own product marketing for Bask’s telehealth platform, including positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, competitive analysis, customer success training, website copy, case studies, SEO, and demand-generation content. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer value for entrepreneurs and healthtech companies. Build the company’s first repeatable product marketing function and support both turnkey SaaS and platform/API narratives.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, revenue accounting, and financial reporting. Support SaaS revenue recognition, tax compliance, audits, and process automation. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to maintain financial data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and improve scalable accounting workflows.
