Lead and oversee English Learner (EL) programs across Arizona campuses, ensuring compliance with state and federal EL laws, providing instructional leadership, coaching, data analysis, assessment oversight (AZELLA), family engagement, and professional development to improve English acquisition and EL academic outcomes.

Manage grants submissions and ensure grant compliance for charter schools. Design and improve compliance processes, create policies, support monitoring and reporting, train staff, liaise with state agencies, and collaborate with internal teams to support schools' grant and compliance needs.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HRIS and physical employee files, processing employee record changes, assisting payroll, tracking compliance (fingerprint cards), completing employment verifications, and supporting audits and leave processing.

Support Head of Operations in daily school operations including vendor management, purchasing, facilities and IT oversight, payroll coordination, compliance, asset management, and operational policy and process improvement.

Coordinate and support English Language Learner (ELL) instruction K-5 by integrating SEI/ESL strategies with content, collaborating with teachers, assessing ELL progress, providing interventions, modeling best practices, developing ESL curriculum, meeting with school leaders and families, and advocating for students' academic and social needs.
