Lead paid media strategy and hands-on execution across Google, Meta, programmatic, search, social, display, and video channels. Supports school faculty and staff by creating student schedules, tracking teacher substitutions and activities, coordinating curriculum and assessment processes, and administering external exams. The role requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment.

Leads school-site operations across finance, facilities, purchasing, vendor management, technology, human resources, front-office administration, safety, inventory, and support staff supervision. Manages budgets, bookkeeping, contracts, maintenance services, supplies, employee support, facility drills, and asset records while partnering with school leadership and central office teams.

Provides Tier 1 and 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, networks, telephony, and user accounts. Responsibilities include computer imaging, Office 365 and Active Directory administration, backups, patching, inventory management, IT documentation, hardware and software recommendations, and end-user assistance. The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills in an educational environment.

Leads the Annual Teacher Fund by developing campaign strategies, managing calendars, coordinating school-based fundraising representatives, stewarding donors, and tracking revenue and participation. Partners with Marketing, Finance, school leaders, and development leadership to execute campaigns, maintain donor data, prepare reports, and improve recurring giving, retention, and fundraising performance across the school network.

Oversee school finance, facilities, purchasing, vendor management, HR liaison duties, and day-to-day operations. Maintain inventory, ensure safety and compliance, manage small operations staff, and partner with Head of School and central teams on budgets and personnel.
