Oversee special education programs across Pflugerville and Austin campuses, ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, EL requirements, and student IEPs. Manage evaluations, plan development, reviews, accommodations, documentation, testing, parent meetings, and case management. Provide or supervise specialized instruction and related services, support teachers and administrators, train staff, oversee assistants and itinerant providers, and maintain accurate regulatory data and records.

Provides paraprofessional support to students with disabilities in general education, small-group, and one-to-one settings. Reinforces academic concepts and positive behavior, supports individualized education plan implementation, prepares instructional materials, reports student progress, maintains confidentiality, and assists with administrative tasks. May provide crisis prevention and de-escalation support.

Monitor students during lunches, recesses, passing periods, and before- and after-school programs. Ensure student safety, supervise behavior, report incidents and property damage, respond to emergencies, support the front office as needed, and maintain reliable attendance.
