Leads student culture, behavior management, discipline, and student well-being for the upper school. Supports teachers, communicates with families, coordinates arrival and dismissal, reviews academic assessments and progress reports, organizes student support, contributes to scheduling and standardized assessment planning, documents conduct issues, and participates in faculty meetings.

Develop and manage multi-channel content strategies aligned with marketing and enrollment goals. Conduct audience, competitor, and SEO research; create and edit web, blog, email, advertising, and social content; maintain brand standards; manage content calendars; and partner on integrated campaigns. Analyze performance data, identify content gaps, and lead A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversions. Use SEO tools, analytics, AI, HubSpot, and JIRA to support content planning and execution.

Support faculty and staff by creating and maintaining student schedules, managing teacher substitutions and activities, and coordinating curriculum and assessment administration, including external exam coordination.
