Own employer onboarding end-to-end (plan setup, recordkeeper migrations, payroll integrations, deconversions). Build programmatic systems, automation, and AI tooling to scale onboarding. Manage plan compliance, adoption agreement configuration, employee education, and stakeholder communication throughout implementation.

Manage post-launch client relationships as trusted advisor; design scalable systems, automation, and AI tools for customer success; run quarterly business reviews; drive engagement, education, and retention; translate client feedback into product signal; support escalations and build scalable support systems.

The Enterprise and Strategic Accounts Leader will close strategic enterprise accounts, develop repeatable sales processes, and advocate for customer insights within Basic Capital, enhancing their retirement products.
