Provide individual and group substance use and mental health counseling including intake assessments, evidence-based treatment planning (CBT/DBT/MI), crisis intervention, EHR documentation, care coordination, and community referrals while maintaining compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.

Provide peer recovery support to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders within a housing program. Deliver individualized coaching, weekly resident recovery plan reviews, resource training, advocacy, crisis encouragement, documentation, collaboration with providers, and participation in meetings, trainings, and agency committees.

Provide recovery-oriented case management for individuals with substance use and behavioral health needs: develop service plans, link to community resources, advocate at appointments, document care per HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2, and collaborate with clinical team while maintaining an active CDCA or QBHS credential.

Provide cross-site clinical leadership and oversight for two behavioral health locations, managing prior authorizations, billing documentation compliance, clinical supervision support, program and compliance activities (CARF, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, OhioMHAS), and float between sites to maintain consistent clinical standards and coverage.

Provide peer recovery support to residents with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Deliver individual and group coaching, review and document recovery plans, connect clients to community resources and supports, advocate for clients, participate in team meetings, trainings, and case conferences, and maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Provide peer-support services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, offering guidance, coaching, advocacy, crisis encouragement, community resource training, and weekly recovery-plan reviews for PLUS Housing residents while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining documentation and confidentiality.

Provide comprehensive case management linking patients to community resources (housing, employment, medical/legal referrals), develop and monitor care plans, maintain documentation, advocate for clients, attend appointments, participate in treatment teams and quality improvement activities.

Greet and check in clients, manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule and update appointments in the EHR, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, provide administrative support, and promote a welcoming, professional environment.
