Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting to healthcare decision-makers. Own the company’s financial model, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, KPI framework, and capital allocation analysis. Lead board reporting, investor relations, fundraising data-room preparation, diligence, and investor communications. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on pricing, unit economics, growth investments, and strategic financial decisions while building the finance function at a venture-backed SaaS startup.

As a Growth Partner, you'll manage a portfolio of medical practices, coach staff on optimizing workflows, and ensure adoption of the platform for better patient care.
