Leads Basata’s Partner Operations unit, managing documentation, workflow, and agent-in-the-loop teams. Builds SOPs, operational playbooks, training, KPIs, SLAs, QA processes, staffing plans, and account onboarding workflows. Ensures documentation complies with healthcare regulations, coordinates partner integration and growth teams, manages vendor and distributed staff, resolves escalations, tracks operational performance, and supports AI-driven healthcare products across partner accounts.

Own concurrent healthcare customer implementations from contract handoff through stabilization. Manage stakeholders, phase gates, status reporting, discovery, workflow mapping, UAT, training, defect triage, and go-live reviews. Diagnose root causes using data and translate operational findings into AI agent configurations, routing rules, extraction fields, and escalation paths. The role combines project management, process design, customer partnership, and structured problem solving without production coding.

Own clinic-specific workflow documentation, implementation readiness, post-go-live operational support, and BPO coordination for specialty clinic accounts. Document referral, fax, intake, scheduling, and escalation processes; coordinate EMR access and training; monitor workflow adherence and AI output quality; identify operational issues; support clinic communications, account reviews, and continuous process improvement.

The Implementation Engineer will manage the deployment of AI products in medical practices, map workflows, integrate EHR systems, and champion change management.

As a Growth Partner, you'll manage a portfolio of medical practices, coach staff on optimizing workflows, and ensure adoption of the platform for better patient care.
