Lead the Partner Success Operations unit, managing BPO agents and Medical Assistant teams, ensuring onboarding, scheduling, QA, SOPs, and trackers. Act as operational right-hand to the Director, coordinate handoffs between integration and growth teams, surface process gaps, and maintain scalable operational infrastructure across partner accounts.

Design and own platform reliability: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response and postmortems, evolve IaC and deployment pipelines, automate toil, and collaborate with engineers to improve operability and architecture for scaling.

As Chief of Staff, you'll optimize corporate planning, facilitate strategic initiatives, and enhance operational execution while supporting the CEO and leadership team.
