Own the company’s financial model, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, KPI framework, and capital allocation analysis. Lead board reporting, investor relations, fundraising data-room preparation, diligence, and investor communications. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on pricing, unit economics, growth investments, and strategic financial decisions while building the finance function at a venture-backed SaaS startup.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack healthcare software across React/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, and Python AI/ML services. The role includes architectural decision-making, code and design reviews, mentoring engineers, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD improvements, comprehensive testing, documentation, and collaborating with product and design to create intuitive healthcare workflows. Production experience with LLM-based agentic applications is essential.

Leads Basata’s Partner Operations unit, managing documentation, workflow, and agent-in-the-loop teams. Builds SOPs, operational playbooks, training, KPIs, SLAs, QA processes, staffing plans, and account onboarding workflows. Ensures documentation complies with healthcare regulations, coordinates partner integration and growth teams, manages vendor and distributed staff, resolves escalations, tracks operational performance, and supports AI-driven healthcare products across partner accounts.
