Manages communications, publicity, statistics, digital content, media relations, and game-day operations for approximately 14 intercollegiate athletic programs. Responsibilities include producing previews, recaps, releases, feature stories, website updates, social media content, statistical reports, and historical records; coordinating media and NCAA reporting; overseeing game-day statistics; supervising student staff; and supporting ticketing operations.

Supports intercollegiate athletics administration through team travel coordination, ticketing, admissions, game-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and student-athlete engagement. Manages travel vendors, itineraries, ticketing personnel, event procedures, revenue reconciliation, and operational records. Collaborates with coaches, campus partners, conference representatives, and external vendors while assisting with student-athlete programs, departmental initiatives, and problem resolution. Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional overnight work may be required.

Leads athletics external relations, fundraising, sponsorships, alumni and donor engagement, communications, branding, media relations, and community partnerships. Develops strategies to increase visibility, revenue, fan engagement, and event participation while coordinating with advancement, communications, admissions, coaches, and campus leadership. Creates promotional content, manages sponsor recognition, supports athletic events, maintains constituent records, and represents the college at external engagements. Evening and weekend work is expected.

Lead annual giving strategies, manage a portfolio of lead annual and mid-major donors, execute appeal and peer-to-peer campaigns, oversee stewardship and donor recognition, partner with marketing, track fundraising performance, maintain donor records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, qualify prospects for major gifts, and supervise student workers.

Teach up to 24 credit hours annually in Business Analytics & Applied AI across seated and online/hybrid formats. Develop curriculum and certificates, mentor and advise students, engage industry partners, support recruitment and program promotion, and contribute to the School of Business & Innovation through applied projects, pedagogy development, and service.
