Lead annual giving strategies, manage a portfolio of lead annual and mid-major donors, execute appeal and peer-to-peer campaigns, oversee stewardship and donor recognition, partner with marketing, track fundraising performance, maintain donor records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, qualify prospects for major gifts, and supervise student workers.

Teach up to 24 credit hours annually in Criminology and Criminal Justice at undergraduate and graduate levels (seated and online/hybrid); advise and mentor students; engage in student recruitment and program development; maintain professional engagement and research; participate actively in the School of Education & Social Sciences and college service; develop curriculum and applied learning experiences that foster deep learning.

Teach up to 24 credit hours annually in Business Analytics & Applied AI across seated and online/hybrid formats. Develop curriculum and certificates, mentor and advise students, engage industry partners, support recruitment and program promotion, and contribute to the School of Business & Innovation through applied projects, pedagogy development, and service.
