The Director of Development leads annual giving strategies, appeal campaigns, digital and peer-to-peer fundraising, donor portfolio management, stewardship, prospect qualification, and fundraising performance reporting. The role partners with marketing and communications, maintains donor records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, manages student workers, and supports donor retention, pipeline growth, and major fundraising initiatives.

Manages communications, publicity, statistics, digital content, media relations, and game-day operations for approximately 14 intercollegiate athletic programs. Responsibilities include producing previews, recaps, releases, feature stories, website updates, social media content, statistical reports, and historical records; coordinating media and NCAA reporting; overseeing game-day statistics; supervising student staff; and supporting ticketing operations.

Leads athletics external relations, fundraising, sponsorships, alumni and donor engagement, communications, branding, media relations, and community partnerships. Develops strategies to increase visibility, revenue, fan engagement, and event participation while coordinating with advancement, communications, admissions, coaches, and campus leadership. Creates promotional content, manages sponsor recognition, supports athletic events, maintains constituent records, and represents the college at external engagements. Evening and weekend work is expected.
