Lead and develop a college-wide, faculty-led academic advising program. Provide strategic leadership, advisor training, assessment, and policy development. Coordinate first-year and transfer advising, monitor enrollment and student progress, support retention and degree completion, and collaborate with campus partners to improve advising effectiveness and student success.

Lead annual giving strategies, manage a portfolio of lead annual and mid-major donors, execute appeal and peer-to-peer campaigns, oversee stewardship and donor recognition, partner with marketing, track fundraising performance, maintain donor records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, qualify prospects for major gifts, and supervise student workers.

Teach up to 24 credit hours annually in Criminology and Criminal Justice at undergraduate and graduate levels (seated and online/hybrid); advise and mentor students; engage in student recruitment and program development; maintain professional engagement and research; participate actively in the School of Education & Social Sciences and college service; develop curriculum and applied learning experiences that foster deep learning.
