Coordinates with command personnel, applies DoD classification guidance, works independently with minimal oversight, and produces thorough analytical products. Requires travel flexibility to USSOUTHCOM Headquarters in Miami or Guantanamo Bay.

Support DLA enterprise database infrastructure through provisioning, configuration, maintenance, security, replication, encryption, authentication, disaster recovery, high availability, and database implementation. The role documents technical plans and test results, conducts infrastructure research, supports large technology projects, and communicates designs and status to project teams. It requires extensive DLA IT and DoD database experience, Oracle certification, DoD 8570 certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Supports DLA enterprise database infrastructure by provisioning, configuring, operating, maintaining, securing, and improving systems and databases. Provides technical guidance for database implementations, conducts infrastructure research, ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, documents configurations and test results, and communicates complex technical concepts and project status. Conducts geospatial data analytics, engineering, mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning. Builds AI and automated predictive tools, integrates disparate data sources, develops visual and narrative products, and applies techniques including regression, NLP, PCA, clustering, neural networks, deep learning, and image recognition. Requires advanced STEM education and substantial experience supporting multi-INT analytics in a DoD or intelligence environment.

Oversee the entire federal contract workforce and serve as the senior liaison with government officials. Plan, coordinate, track, and report task and project delivery against approved priorities, schedules, and budgets. Provide status updates, remediation strategies, annual reporting, and contract administration. The role requires expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle, DoD intelligence processes, GEOINT operations, intelligence oversight, irregular warfare, and technical studies involving computer systems and networks.

Ensure compliance with Executive Order 13526, policies, and SOPs; mark and refer documents; assess public utterances; manage sensitive records and program metrics; update procedures and training materials; coordinate with Naval Reactors and other agencies; and support audits, reporting, and administrative operations.

Conducts classified and unclassified all-source intelligence analysis for National Guard missions, including national security issues, hazards, cyber intelligence, medical intelligence, homeland defense, and critical infrastructure. Develops and briefs intelligence products, manages PIRs, CCIRs, and RFIs, coordinates with interagency partners, supports contingency operations, and maintains operational procedures. Requires flexibility for 24/7 operations, extended shifts, and rapid deployment.

Leads large federal and Department of Defense contract programs, serving as the primary Government interface. Oversees PWS execution, staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, compliance, subcontractors, and operational performance. Develops program plans and reporting, briefs senior Government leaders, and ensures contractual milestones and mission objectives are achieved. Builds stakeholder relationships and directs geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments.

Leads personnel and daily operations for automatic, systematic, and other classified-information declassification reviews. Ensures adherence to the Federal Records Act, NARA guidance, and DoD/OSD directives while advising leadership, coordinating stakeholders, supporting inspections and litigation holds, and improving operational effectiveness.

Leads MDR, FRUS, and related federal declassification programs involving classified national security records. Delivers training, conducts records inventories and maturity assessments, supports audits, and coordinates records transfers to NARA. Prepares executive briefings and advises government leadership on lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and program improvements.

Leads the execution of federal and DoD contracts, overseeing project plans, schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, compliance, performance metrics, and corrective actions.
