Manage DoD project work orders for SOUTHCOM: execute work orders, track schedules and milestones, mitigate risks, ensure DoD acquisition compliance, coordinate stakeholders, use Agile methodologies, manage resources, and deliver within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Serve as a cloud and information assurance SME supporting DLA IOEE/IOSEE at Fort Belvoir. Apply NIST RMF (SP 800-53/800-37) and FedRAMP assessment methodology across architecture, data, platform, application, operations, and legal/compliance domains. Assess IA controls, conduct C&A reviews for large systems, manage cloud security risks, and implement best practices.

Provide expert compliance and technical support for DLA IOEE/IOSEE, analyze complex IT/security problems, advise executive teams, develop technical solutions, and guide program completion with minimal direction. Apply deep knowledge across information systems architecture, security engineering, networking, and related IT disciplines.
