Supports the Careers, Enrichment and Pastoral team with administrative tasks related to careers interviews, workshops and events. Provides professional customer service, maintains records, follows college policies, supports safeguarding and equality requirements, and assists colleagues across college campuses and external event locations. The apprentice will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Provides learning support to college students, managing caseloads, creating SMART-targeted support plans, removing barriers to learning, and applying SEND legislation. The role involves supporting student engagement and assessment, safeguarding vulnerable learners, complying with college procedures, and collaborating across teams and campuses.

Provide communication and curriculum access support to hearing-impaired students using British Sign Language, interpretation, alternative teaching strategies, and adapted materials. Support student participation across campus, enrichment, and extracurricular activities; promote awareness of hearing impairment; follow safeguarding, equality, health and safety, and college policies; and provide flexible cover across campuses.
