Support students (including those with SEND) to develop employability skills and secure industrial placements and supported internships. Source, coordinate and monitor placements, build employer partnerships, deliver employability activities, ensure safeguarding, health & safety and awarding-body compliance, and work with curriculum teams to track learner progress and outcomes.

Provide in-class support to remove barriers for students, safeguarding welfare, promoting equality and diversity, following college policies, covering team duties, and attending other campuses as required. Participate in personal development and deliver professional customer-focused service.

Provide specialist British Sign Language communication support to deaf students in an educational setting. Deliver interpreting/communication assistance across college campuses, follow safeguarding and equality policies, support colleagues, cover team duties, and participate in professional development.
