Manages daily office operations and administrative support, including phone screening, scheduling, visitor assistance, IT troubleshooting, document control, shipping and receiving, supply ordering, and estimating team support for bid and proposal preparation.

Coordinates and leads proposal development, prequalifications, presentations, and RFP responses. Manages proposal schedules, document systems, content collection, compliance reviews, workshops, win strategies, and deliverables from team members and partners. Develops written content and graphics, collaborates with technical editors, supports debriefs and mentoring, and performs related marketing duties such as database maintenance, website updates, marketing collateral, and external communications.

Provides front-office and administrative support by answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, managing shipments and office supplies, assisting project personnel and new hires, and maintaining administrative files and records.

Manages project-related contracts for heavy-civil construction projects, including contract review, oversight, drafting, negotiation, changes, and dispute resolution. Advises project teams, management, and field personnel on legal issues, including construction, insurance, federal contracting, and OSHA matters. Coordinates with outside counsel and experts and handles negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. The role requires relocation to projects and travel.
