Coordinates and leads proposal development, prequalifications, presentations, and RFP responses. Manages proposal schedules, document systems, content collection, compliance reviews, workshops, win strategies, and deliverables from team members and partners. Develops written content and graphics, collaborates with technical editors, supports debriefs and mentoring, and performs related marketing duties such as database maintenance, website updates, marketing collateral, and external communications.

Provides administrative and receptionist support, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, managing shipments, ordering office supplies, scheduling employee travel, supporting home office departments and company events, filing, and completing special projects. Requires strong communication, customer service, multitasking, organization, dependability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Coordinates engineering and construction activities on active heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, pay estimates, change orders, submittals, material deliveries, subcontractor contracts, scheduling, quality assurance, progress reporting, technical meetings, and coordination with field personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and technical teams. The position is fully onsite at assigned U.S. project locations and requires relocation.
