Drive month-to-month sales growth of electrical power and industrial engines within assigned territories. Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, tender management, upselling, forecasting, CRM updates, and sales administration. Maintain customer relationships, technical product knowledge (gensets/accessories), and a healthy sales pipeline.

Territory sales role responsible for proactive customer visits, lead identification, pipeline management, parts and service promotion, equipment inspections, warranty support, and coordinating with Parts/Service to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Interpret condition monitoring data, manage oil sampling and VIMS/Minestar/MARC data, define preventative maintenance checklists, recommend interventions, optimise fleet productivity, achieve KPIs and team targets, and use Caterpillar service tools for troubleshooting and failure analysis.
