Delivers technician training, presents issues to management and service engineering, ensures compliance with service letter guidelines, and supports improved product health. Requires qualified mechanic experience, product knowledge, computer literacy, and strong problem-solving and training skills.

Manages financial planning, reporting, forecasting, cash flow, tax compliance, audits, governance, controls, and risk management. Partners with business-unit leaders to set targets, monitor performance, identify anomalies, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversees management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations, payroll reviews, stock and WIP analysis, and staff development.
