Leads enterprise analytics and Power BI reporting, including dashboard, report, and semantic model development. Establishes standards for data modeling, DAX, UX, deployment, governance, and quality assurance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and BI developers while partnering with engineering and governance teams. Engages stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, improves Power BI adoption, and delivers trusted, scalable insights.

Leads enterprise data governance strategy, operating models, policies, ownership structures, metadata, lineage, cataloguing, security, compliance, and data quality initiatives. Embeds governance across Azure Fabric, OneLake, Snowflake, and Dynamics 365, while improving ERP data quality at source. The role also drives stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and adoption of governance practices across business domains.

Manages a portfolio of key B2B accounts, achieves sales and account performance objectives, builds long-term customer relationships, develops customer solutions with internal teams, resolves complaints, identifies growth opportunities, and provides account reporting. Requires strong commercial, financial, negotiation, communication, planning, problem-solving, and customer-management skills, with experience in mining, construction, energy, or transportation environments.
