Provide advanced configuration, calibration, troubleshooting and support for TES on-board and off-board systems across Southern Africa. Develop customer opportunities, log TSC tickets, execute hardware/software updates, mentor junior technicians, liaise with product specialists and report on TSC performance and technology issues.

Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets; load HFM; support HFM/OneStream users; prepare audit, board and year-end reporting; perform account analysis, depreciation and impairment calculations; review invoicing and bank payments; supervise internal accounting team; liaise with auditors; provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for RSA and Greater Africa.
