Lead and develop a regional account team while managing the H-E-B account. Drive sales, profitability, joint business planning, promotions, forecasting, and analytics using retail data tools. Build long-term customer relationships, negotiate contracts, manage trade spend and P&L, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Lead portfolio governance and operationalize a Tribe/value-stream delivery model. Define execution standards, run executive cadence, manage dependencies and escalations, coach value stream leads, and track benefits realization with Finance to ensure initiatives deliver on time and on value.

Lead PR and reputation efforts including positive publicity, crisis support, celebrity and impact partnerships, social listening and sentiment analysis, brand surveillance and real-time response, cross-functional coordination, and reporting to protect and amplify brand reputation.

Own and govern strategy performance management: define KPIs/targets, build leadership scorecards, deliver insights and scenario analysis, measure project outcomes, and enable data-driven strategic decisions across functions.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across the U.S.; develop sourcing and employer-branding strategies, optimize ATS and recruitment processes, ensure hiring compliance, build talent pipelines, support DEI, and partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning.

Drive sales and business development analytics to translate complex sales, customer, and financial data into actionable insights. Build dashboards and KPIs (Power BI, Excel), support forecasting and demand planning, monitor pipeline and revenue performance, ensure data quality across CRM/Margin Minder, and partner cross-functionally to influence commercial strategy and improve sales productivity and profitability.

Lead demand planning activities including statistical forecasting in Oracle Cloud DM, data validation and cleansing, forecast vs. actual tracking, inventory monitoring, cross-functional collaboration on monthly demand plans, and reporting to support tactical and strategic supply chain decisions.
