Support financial reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and close processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax preparation, fixed assets, inventory counts, and account analysis. Maintain spreadsheets, ensure IFRS and internal policy compliance, and collaborate on process improvements and automation.

Own and execute the Canada brand growth strategy across portfolio, leading agency partners and an Associate Brand Manager. Drive innovation, pricing, promotions, shopper and sales support, in-store activation, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, RGM, Finance, Insights, Global Marketing), manage budgets and reporting, and use market and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize brand performance.

Own and grow assigned brand(s) with a mini-GM mindset: set 3–5 year strategy, manage P&L and performance, lead insights-driven innovation and launches, coordinate integrated marketing, trade, sales and customer plans, and lead a team of Brand/Associate Brand Managers. Drive cross-market collaboration and support go-to-market execution. Travel up to 30%.
