Manages work-in-process production administration, including scheduling personnel, monitoring workflows, compiling manufacturing data, preparing KPI and shift reports, resolving process issues, and maintaining production systems. Supports safety, quality, food safety, and OSHA compliance, including SQF, FSMA, and HACCP standards. Serves as backup to the WIP supervisor and helps maintain organized, efficient, and safe manufacturing operations.

Coordinates food quality assurance documentation, document control, audits, regulatory compliance, non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, and food safety programs. Supports QA laboratory testing, chemical inventory and waste handling, product scoring, KPI reporting, GMP compliance, CCP record verification, and PCQI records. Promotes food safety culture and collaborates across departments to maintain product safety, quality, legality, and continuous improvement.

Manages international customer and distributor relationships, supports new market expansion, develops commercial growth plans, and coordinates product launches. Serves as the liaison between global accounts and internal teams including supply chain, marketing, finance, operations, legal, regulatory, and product development. The role monitors market performance, identifies business opportunities, supports distributor development, resolves customer issues, and contributes to sales growth, brand development, and market execution.
